Buyers get upto 1.5% rebate back at closing

When buying a home or leasing a home our affiliate Realtors offer upto 50% of the buyer brokers commission back to you in the form of a broker rebate. Our affiliates give you, the buyer upto one half of the seller paid commission received at closing. You will actually receive a check at closing for 1/2 (50%) of whatever the buyer's commission is when you purchase the property through our affiliate Realtors. Typical rebates are usually 1.5% of the purchase price.
