1. Start searching for homes online in you local MLS with the help of your assigned realtor.

2. When you identify properties that you want to inspect, please call your local assigned Realtor so that they may arrange a private showing of the homes.    Please list the MLS number and/or property address of the property that you wish to view. 

3. The Local Realtor will make an appointment with the homeowner /Sellers Realtor to show you the homes. If you have an interest in making an offer on any home, your assigned Realtor will write-up and present that contract offer on your behalf.

If the listing agent or an agent from another brokerage company shows you the property first then we may not be able to offer you a rebate for that particular property so please call your assigned realtor before you look at any homes or visit any new home model!!
